Mi Pod Basic

The Mi Pod Basic is the original concept of Mi Pod.

Utilising the latest trends in technology, web and TV, the Mi Pod captivates audiences from every generation.

Used as a standalone consultation tool, the Mi Pod is effective in capturing and vocalising the views of young people. Used in conjunction with a trained team of young people, the Mi Pod has the potential to enthuse, empower, and enable young people to make a real difference.

With full set up in less than 5 minutes by just 1 person, very little preparation time, and human resources are needed. Full training programmes have been developed with young people to ensure the Mi Pod is not only for young people, but can be run by young people.

The Mi Pod comprises of 2 separate rooms, joined only by a one-way mirrored window, a darkened room which hosts a film crew and interviewers, and a bright lit room for interviewing.

The Mi Pod can be equipped with professional filming equipment, or images can be recorded through a webcam for ease of use.
